About Mrs. Everett
My daughter, myself, and my son in Alabama.
A bit more about me
I was born in Victoria, Texas then my family moved to Bryan, Texas the summer before I started Fourth Grade. I attended Bryan Schools: Johnson Elementary, Lamar, Carver-Kemp, Anson Jones, S.F.A., and Bryan High School. I went on to college at both Blinn and Texas A&M. Before teaching full time in Bryan, I substitute taught for two years. I have taught at Anson Jones and Mitchell Elementary. I most recently coordinated the NSF GK-12 TAMU Chemistry Grant between Bryan Schools and TAMU which allowed me to work with Anson Jones, Kemp, Mitchell, Bryan Collegiate, Lamar Alternative, Rudder, Bryan High. A extra special part of my job with GK-12 allowed me to bring "Lunch with a Scientist" to all of the Bryan ISD elementary schools. I am now the Dean of Instruction for Jones Elmentary.
Favorites:
I enjoy being outdoors and listening to music. Yellow is my favorite color because it reminds me of the sun and outdoors. I am a sports fan of baseball and football. My family and church fill my time away from work.
